High Performing Workplaces – Guidelines through Case Studies - SKE Boedker April 2013The High Performing Workplaces (HPW) Index report released by the Society for Knowledge Economics in October 2011 surveyed 77 Australian organisations and identified key attributes of workplace leadership, culture and management practices that impact on firm productivity and profitability. This and previous studies have suggested that to lift Australian productivity in forthcoming decades, executives, policy makers and others need to direct more focus at the leadership and management practices of Australian workplaces.

Download full reportThe third and final phase of the 3 year HPW project tracks five organisations surveyed in the initial phase in their progression towards improving performance. These Guidelines are indicative in the sense that they offer opportunity for further testing and development.
